IED Introduction
Institute of Entrepreneurship Dcode (IED), is a professional training institution founded by two renown experts in interpersonal relation psychology and corporate mentoring programmes, Mark and Porsche Lin. Together they have developed a set of practical and highly effective system, known as the Captain Programme (CP), provides training, mentoring and had supported more than 10000 entrepreneurs and corporate leaders from China and Malaysia over the past decade, igniting countless corporates visions from Malaysia, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. With visions to contribute back to society, these trained leaders have set up CP Orphanage Home in Malaysia, CP Love Foundation in Malaysia, CP Vision School in China, CP Rainbow House in Taiwan, last but not least, persistent in contributing monthly supplies to various old folks homes, children’s welfare homes and others who in need.
Mark and Porsche adheres to the principle of Confess , Face and Rectify, by established a simple, effective and easy to implement system called “Emotional Maturity Development System” for corporates, thus allowing entrepreneurs to implement, execute and improve their corporate performances significantly, training talents effectively using shortest time frame and resources.
