Teenager Workshop

Through a series of workshops, the Successor Workshop is designed to nurture children in mastering positive beliefs and emotional mature mentality, with the vision to discover and lift up every children’s unique
characteristics. By emphasizing in giving love, children shall understand what is love and able to feel the love. Ultimately, children could become a leader of own self and the society.


We aim to develop a positive relationship between children and their goals, strengthening children’s capabilities, create the ability to build a good rapport and trusted relationship with people, and thus leading our children to become a bright and brilliant successor.

Parenting Workshop

Parallel growth between parents and children through the parenting workshop alongside with the children’s learning journey, aiming to improve to be a better version of own self while we greet our children.

Being a good companion that children need the most throughout their growth journey. With the assist of mentor, parents have the opportunity to practice and learn together with the children, in which, parents could reacquaint their children and exploring new methods in order to lead
and support their child to live up to be themselves as who he/she is.

The Ten Successor Dimension

Allow our child to live and growth their unique traits in their life. Parents assisting the child not only in their physical development, but mental development too, by developing a positive beliefs from an early age. Create a foundation of growth that you and your child proud of.

Children needs to make choices at every single stage in their life, and the consequences of those choices would bear by the child and thus will lead to the maturity of the child mentally. The choices made in times of adversity or good times will form a pattern in their future. Parents shall lead by example to guide and support their children in order to develop a positive mental growth.

 

As our child grows up, he or she will be exposed to different kind of people, things and incidents, eventually they will be influenced by the environment and might have more and more desire. We shall guide our children to manage their desire and turns it into the goals and motivation to accomplish the goals. The stronger the child’s sense of purpose, the stronger the child’s capabilities will be. Appropriate parental guidance would also leads the child to unleash their innovative potential.

The ability to feel the love comes from giving love at the first place. When a child has never experienced in giving love, even he or she surrounded with love, the child wouldn’t understand how the love feels like and may instead take everything for granted. Therefore, the understanding of gratitude, empathy, and love is just a theory for them. Let our child understand that he or she is in love through the process of giving love.

Developing leadership traits and beliefs at young age. Children have a sense of responsibility by taking care of others in team activities. The perception of leading and being led is created through the experiences in teamwork activities. A child leadership charisma comes from his or her concern and thought for the people and society.

The time we could spend together with the people we met in our life are limited. Therefore, we learn how to spend this valuable time and create lifelong memories. The mentor shall lead us in experiencing respect, appreciation, giving and create mutual understanding. The better our relationship with others, the higher of our influencing power.

Have a better understanding of our strengths and advantages without falling into the trap of complacency. Reinforce our strengths till the weaknesses are not affecting the outcome. There is no such thing as a perfect person, but we shall outshine our children by accepting, embracing and realising their strengths.

Children shall have a proper understanding with the definition of wealth. Wealth is not only about money, but also includes health, family relationships, spouse relationship, social achievement, etc. Therefore, children could develop positive perception of wealth and make good use of the resources they have. Guide your children to identify the resources they have now (time, health, family, money, etc.) and then consciously use them to create value for themselves and those around them. At the same time, recognise the traps of greed and desire to avoid falling into the traps.

One of the important factors in a blossoming life is mastering subconsciousness development. Developing the positive cycles of the subconscious mind allows one free from negative emotions, laziness, and procrastination. The power of the subconscious mind is greater than our conscious mind, and children can build new positive patterns through workshops to blossom into a physically and mentally healthy life.

When facing challenges and result in our growth, what I perceive and what I believe will determine my destiny in life. After recognised our belief system and cognitive framework, we shall rewrite our destiny.

Junior Life Camp

Life camp activities and environment allowed children in stepping out of their comfort zone to start a new journey in their lives. Children gained a precious and unforgettable experience through experiential learning (such as biking or
swimming) that teaches them how to make value-creating choices. Junior Life Camp has seen countless children return to the arms of their loving parents and accompany them to walk through their growth.
